Bill (Will) Mathais far left

Was Bill American? I have this vague memory from my first year in 1968 that Bill (maybe this one) was going to serve in Viet Nam that fall.

as i remember Bill was called up but i think he served as communications or something in the states. not sure because that is about when i lost contact with him, he debated Canada and came up that summer to Bob Metcalfe’s cottage and we talked about his choices. i miss hearing from him greatly.

God… Cary’s not a name I’ve been called in years!! Hi Boyd! Good to see you in the pics. Lots!!! of great memories. Mazinaw so very much formed the years that were to follow. Now a retired Forester and have two Chestnuts I’ve restored and it’s certainly my intention to get at least one of them in Mazinaw while I’m still upright. Someone (who has the contacts) should plan a reunion (on site).
